We pride ourselves in offering a complete property management service in a professional and personal capacity with addition services available, outside of day-to-day property management, including, but not limited to Company Secretarial duties, debt recovery and lease extensions.

Maintenance Management

Most residents only see the physical side of maintenance being undertaken at their development. For example, the gardening or cleaning if common areas. However, it is easy to forget about the other services that may be required, such as insurance, Health and Safety and many more.

Compliance Management

Breaches of Lease terms and Covenants, as well as Covenants contained within a freehold Transfer, can be a tedious task to resolve. Our Legal team look after compliance management and can assist clients by providing clarification as to what can and cannot be done where breaches occur, and advise on requisite steps towards their resolution.

In-house Legal

Financial Management

We recognise the financial responsibilities of our clients and therefore as part and parcel of our service we offer a multitude of financial support services, from preparation of budgets to appointment of client auditors.

Facilities Management

Modern developments may have a range of Mechanical and Electrical, and Safety and Monitoring Equipment installed which require facilities management. We offer a full facilitie service, from the management of Pedestrian and Vehicular Lifts, to Boiler House installations.

Project Management

From time to time it may be necessary for a client to undertake project works over and above usual ‘day-to-day’ maintenance requirements, for instance perhaps in connection with periodic internal and/or external redecoration, or overhaul/replacement of lift installations.
Our experienced Project Managers and Surveyors can deliver all types of property assessment, surveying, planning, specification and supervision requirements clients require, as part of a comprehensive service in compliance with all appropriate standards and procedures.

Health & Safety

We recognise that one of the key areas when looking after a development is to ensure that full Health and Safety and Fire Assessments of the premises are undertaken. Regulation 3 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 sets out than employer shall make a suitable and sufficient assessment of Health and Safety risks, as well identifying the measures that they must comply with under the relevant statuary provisions.
