REQUEST A LICENSE TO SUBLET

A license to Sublet is required before a property can be inhabited by a sub-tenant.

A license to Sublet helps ensure conditions at the development are maintained and protects the owner by requiring the sub-tenant to follow covenants and obligations set out in the lease.
Please note, some properties require a new Licence at the start of each tenancy.
